Artichoke Dip

6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) marinated artichoke hearts
1 clove fresh garlic
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup light sour cream

Drain the artichoke hearts and chop into pieces about the size of a penny. Finely mince the garlic. Combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, sour cream, and garlic. Mix in the chopped artichoke hearts. Put mixture in the crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour. Mix before serving.
