Bacon And Cheese Dip

Print This Post Post a Comment 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cut into cubes
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Colby-Jack cheese
1 cup half and half
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
1 pound bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Combine cream cheese, Colby-Jack cheese, half and half, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour or until cheese melts. Stirring occasionally.
Stir in bacon; adjust seasonings. Serve with crusty bread or vegetable.
