6 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
1 package (8 ounce) light cream cheese, softened
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
Combine cream cheese, cooked bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions in a bowl. Mix well and transfer to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Do not stir. Reduce heat to LOW until ready to serve.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with chips or crackers.
