2 pounds ground beef, browned
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup canned tomato soup
6 potatoes, sliced
1 cup milk
Combine beef, salt, pepper, onions and soup.
Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Cover with a portion of the meat mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
Add milk and cook on HIGH 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 – 8 servings.
