Broccoli Dip

1 small yellow onion
2 celery ribs
8 ounces (1 cup) fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves

Peel the onion and chop into 1/4 inch pieces. Chop the celery into 1/4 inch pieces. Clean the mushrooms, then slice paper-thin. Peel the garlic and chop into 1/8 inch pieces. Chop the broccoli florets into 1/4 inch pieces. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
