Cheesy Cauliflower

8 cups cauliflower florets
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1 (14 to 16 ounce) jar cheddar cheese pasta sauce
Cracked black pepper

In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker place cauliflower, onion, and fennel seeds. Pour sauce over all.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir gently. Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
