6 medium carrots
5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 (10 ounce) can golden mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons dried mashed potato flakes
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker and top with chicken breasts.
Sprinkle seasoned salt and white pepper over chicken. Combine soups and spread over chicken.
Stir in potato flakes and a little water or milk if necessary to make gravy and cook another 30 minutes.
