1 (3 to 4 pound) beef chuck roast
1 (1.3 ounces) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (10 ounce) cans golden onion soup
3 to 4 medium potatoes, quartered
Place roast in large, slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on roast and spoon on undiluted soups. Place potatoes around roast.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
