1 small bag of baby carrots
4 celery stalks, sliced
4 Potatoes, cut in small chunks
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Put vegetables in bottom of crockpot. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Spread undiluted soup over chicken and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over mixture. Cook on low 8 hours, or until chicken is done.
