2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded American or cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
Drain spinach and press out all liquid with paper towels.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into sprayed slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour, change heat to LOW and cook an additional 3 to 5 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 4 to 6.
