Creamy Swiss Steak

1 1/2 pounds 3/4 inch thick round steak
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 carrot, chopped
1 small celery rib, chopped

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in flour.

Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Add meat.

Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat. Top with carrots and celery.

Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 3 to 5 hours.
