Crock Pot Vegetable Soup

Crock Pot Vegetable Soup
(Serves 8-10)

INGREDIENTS

2 (28 ounces) cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 (14 ounces) can Vegetable Broth
3 (14 ounces) cans beef broth
28 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
12 ounce package frozen baby lima beans
6 ounces frozen cut okra
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
3 large potatoes, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
In a 6 quart crock pot add all but the last 3 ingredients.
Stir mixture to blend.
Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
