4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 potatoes, quartered
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 large carrots, sliced
1 (11 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (1.89 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Brown the chicken on both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the potatoes, carrots and celery in the slow cooker. Add the chicken.
Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken in slow cooker. Add the onion soup mix.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
