5 pounds potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
3 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place the potatoes and onion in crock-pot.
Combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and pepper. Pour over potato mixture in crock-pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Garnish with your favorite toppings.
