1 pint sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
1 (30 ounce) package Ore-Ida shredded hash brown potatoes
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
