2 pints fresh oysters
2 quarts whole milk
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
In slow cooker heat milk on HIGH for 1 1/2 hours.
Melt butter in saucepan and add oysters with liquid. Simmer on low until the edges of oysters curl. Add seasonings and combine with the hot milk in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serves 8 to 10.
