Easy Slow Cooker Brisket

1 (4 to 5 pound) trimmed brisket
1 (1.3 ounces) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (12 ounce) can cola
1 (10 ounce) bottle Heinz 57 sauce

Place brisket, fat side up, in slow cooker.

In bowl, combine, onion soup mix, cola and Heinz 57 sauce. Stir well to remove lumps in soup mix. Pour over brisket.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
