3 or 4 Pounds Sirloin Tip Roast, trimmed
3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 small onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (2 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
Trim any excess fat from roast and brown on stove.
Salt and pepper roast.
Add all vegetables to bottom of slow cooker except for mushrooms and top with roast.
Add can gold cream of mushroom soup.
Spread mushrooms evenly over top of roast.
Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours.
Serves 4 to 6
