Fresh Peach Cobbler

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup baking mix
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 large, ripe peaches, mashed

In large bowl, combine sugar and baking mix, stir in egg, vanilla, evaporated milk and butter. Mix well. Fold in peaches, pour into sprayed crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm with ice cream.
