    Hi Judy,

How are you? Just came across your site, it’s so handy!

I’m writing from Spry magazine, we’re a monthly women’s health magazine that reaches over 9 million readers through distribution in 600 newspapers across the country, including the New York Daily News, Denver Post and LA Times. Think Parade or USA Weekend with a health and wellness focus. Spry targets women ages 35-64 with positive, inspirational messages covering nutrition, fitness and beauty that encourage them to make healthy changes in their lives.

I’m working on a series for our companion website, SpryLiving.com, which serves as an extension of the print publication as well as a highly trafficked stand-alone health and wellness hub offering fresh daily content, an enormous healthy recipe database, health and wellness resources, inspiring stories and more. We currently have 7 million unique visitors (and growing) per month. The series is called Healthy in 30’s. It’s where we feature a new recipe with photo each day centered around a certain topic (grilling, slow cooker, etc). The recipes are a mix of our own, new popular cookbooks, chefs’ and healthy foodie bloggers’.

Our Oct Healthy in 30 is Slow Cooker Recipes and I would love to feature your Lemon Turkey Breast Recipe. We would of course credit you and include one of your photos of the finished recipe, a short bio and a link to your site. We’ll also promote the recipe when we feature it on our social media outlets and tag you.

Please let me know if you’re up for this! If so all I’ll need from you is a 2-3 line bio. Then I will be sure to send you a link when we feature the recipe. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your time and looking forward to hearing from you!

    Katie
