Hamburger Soup

1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
1 package (1 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups boiling water
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 cups cooked macaroni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring to separate meat. Drain and discard fat. Place beef, soup mix, salad dressing mix, seasoned salt and pepper in slow cooker. Add water, tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add celery and carrots.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
Stir in macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH 10 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
