1 pound ground beef
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans or chili beans
1 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 medium onions, chopped
1 can Rotel
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add cooked ground beef and the next nine ingredients to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Top with shredded cheese if desired.
