1 can condensed beef consomme
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine consomme, water, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, barbecue sauce and mustard in slow cooker and mix well.
Cut ribs into 3 to 4 rib portions. Add ribs to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until ribs are tender.
Cut into individual ribs. Serve with sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
