1 cup steel cut or regular oats (NOT quick oats)
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup milk
4 cups water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
In slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Serve with milk and cinnamon sugar.
