<p>Place brisket in slow cooker.</p>
<p>Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt and salt.</p>
<p>Pour liquid smoke over brisket.</p>
<p>Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.</p>
<p>Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until tender.</p>
<p>During last hour of cooking pour barbecue sauce over brisket.</p>
<p>Makes 8 &#8211; 10 servings.</p>

<p>Spray 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and cut roast in half to fit in cooker.</p>
<p>Place roast in cooker and rub half of flour over roast.</p>
<p>In small bowl, combine remaining flour, gravy mix and soup mix. Gradually add 2 cups water and stir until mixes well. Pour over roast.</p>
<p>Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until roast is tender.</p>
