Reuben Dip

1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
6 ounces corned beef, diced
2 Tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing

Rinse and drain the sauerkraut.

Mix cream cheese and Swiss cheese together. Then add sauerkraut.

Add diced corned beef and Thousand Island dressing.

Add to slow cooker and cover.

Heat on LOW until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally to blend ingredients.

Serve warm with crackers, rolls or cocktail rye bread.
