Short Ribs and Gravy

4 pounds beef short ribs
1 onion, sliced
1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
1 (1 ounce) packet beef gravy mix

Add beef ribs to 5 to 6-quart slow cooker.

Cover with onion and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon pepper.

In small bowl, combine beef gravy and dry gravy mix and pour over ribs and onion.

Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours.

Serves 4 to 6.
