Slow Cooked Chicken Tacos

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 can Green chiles, diced
1 jar salsa (mild or spicy)
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced

Add chicken to the slow cooker. Top with diced green chiles, cumin, onion, garlic and salsa. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred Return to slow cooker and mix well.
Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Add favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocados, and cheese.

    Small can of green chilis is more then enough.
