2 pounds ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, finely cut
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
In skillet over medium heat brown ground beef. Add cooked ground beef to Slow Cooker. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and kidney beans. Stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
Makes 8-10 servings.
