3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 envelope taco seasoning
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (12 ounce) jar picante sauce or salsa
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Next add corn, green chilies and black beans. Then pour salsa over top of all ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir mixture. If serving in tacos shred chicken and mix well.
