2 pounds beef roast
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed oregano
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup onions, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can diced green chiles
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
Add beef roast to slow cooker and top with the remaining ingredients.
Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Shred meat with two forks and cook for one hour.
Serve in taco shells or flour tortillas. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, black olives, sour cream, guacamole or salsa.
