This spicy slow cooker Buffalo Chicken recipe makes hearty sandwiches that are perfect for those who love buffalo chicken wings! You can top these with blue cheese or ranch dressing and serve with your favorite side dish.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (17.5 ounces) bottle buffalo wing sauce, divided
1/2 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
6 hoagie or other sandwich rolls, split lengthwise
Add the chicken breasts to slow cooker.
Mix together 3/4 of the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix and pour over chicken in slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Once chicken is done and about 30 minutes before serving shred the meat finely with two forks and add it back to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and let cook for 30 more minutes.
Serve on hoagie or sandwich rolls with favorite toppings.
