Slow Cooker Orange Chicken Recipe
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup Smucker’s Sweet Orange Marmalade
3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
In SLOW COOKER add chicken and 1/4 cup chicken broth.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Drain juices from slow cooker.
Remove chicken and cut into cubes. Add to slow cooker.
Mix together BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes.
Serve over rice with your favorite vegetables.
