Slow Cooker Pork Chops

4 to 6 pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup skim milk
1 package (3 ounces) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
11 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced dried beef
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Brown pork chops on both sides. Season with pepper.
Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Blend soup, milk, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Place half of pork chops into slow cooker. Top with 4 slices dried beef. Pour half of sauce mixture over pork. Repeat with remaining chops, dried beef and sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
