1 (3 or 4 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning
1 onion, halved and diced (optional)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt and pepper
Place beef roast in slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and top with diced onion.
Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Remove beef to cutting board and shred.
Return shredded beef to slow cooker and season with seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
