6 (3/4 inch) bone-in pork chops
8 to 10 medium red (new) potatoes, unpeeled
2 onions, sliced
1 (10ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
In non-stick skillet, brown pork chops sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes and onions in bottom of 5 or 6 quart slow cooker and add browned pork chops.
In saucepan, combine chicken soup, broth, mustard and basil and heat just enough to mix well. Pour over pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
