1 pound turkey sausage
1 (6 ounce) box flavored rice mix
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 cups diced celery
1 sweet red bell pepper, cored, seeded and julienned
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
Break up turkey sausage and brown in skillet. Place in 4 to 5-quart slow cooker.
Add rice, 1 cup water, chicken broth, celery, bell pepper and green beans. Stir to mix well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
