5-6 Red Potatoes, halved
2 pounds fresh Green Beans, snapped
2-3 Slices of Bacon
4 Cups Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Add potatoes, green beans, water, salt and pepper and then lay the bacon on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
