Slow Cooker Mexican Tater Tot Casserole
1 pound ground beef, browned
1 can Rotel (original or mild)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (16 ounces_ package of frozen Tater Tots
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups Mexican Blend shredded cheese
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add in chopped onion and Rotel.
Mix well and add to slow cooker.
Stir in Cream of Chicken Soup.
Place tater tots on top.
Cover and cook on LOW 2 to 3 hours.
15 minutes before serving top with shredded cheese.
