1 1/2 to 2 pounds turkey thighs, skin removed
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
1 (12 ounces) jar turkey gravy
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen cut green beans
Add sweet potatoes to slow cooker and add turkey on top of them. Combine gravy, flour, parsley, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Mix well. Pour gravy mixture over turkey and sweet potatoes.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and cook 5 hours.
Stir in green beans. Cover and cook 1 to 2 more hours until turkey is tender and juices run clear.
