Slow Cooker Turkey Dinner

1 1/2 to 2 pounds skinless turkey thighs
6 small red potatoes, quartered
2 cups sliced carrots
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Add potatoes and carrots in 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
In medium bowl combine the flour and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour over turkey in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
Reduce slow cooker to LOW and cook at for 7 1/2 to 8 hours.
